Health profile and programming
As a new member you will  receive a lifestyle assessment upon joining the club. From the results, our fully qualified instructors will devise a tailor made program to suit your individual needs. This program can be re-assessed at regular intervals.

 

Fully equipped gymnasium
You will have unlimited use of all available equipment on our gym floor including: cardio theatre, pin loaded Nautilus weight machines and free weights.
