Health profile and programming
As a new member you will receive a lifestyle assessment upon joining the club.
From the results, our fully qualified instructors will devise a tailor made
program to suit your individual needs. This program can be re-assessed at
regular intervals.
Fully equipped gymnasium
You will have unlimited use of all available equipment on our gym floor
including: cardio theatre with plasma TV’s, pin loaded weight machines and free
weights.

All group classes at The Cove are conducted in small groups.

No more than 14 per session so you get individual instruction
and attention while benefiting from group training.
Blast: 30 minute cardio workout of intense
fat burning capabilities. High impact and high intensity (generally outdoor
session). This will work you!
Boxing Circuit: 60 minute workout
incorporating resistance and cardio work as well as boxing combinations.
Moderate intensity!
Blast with Bands: A 30 minute session that
targets all major muscle groups. Finishing with abs and stretching. Suitable for
all levels.
Regenerate: A fat burning muscular endurance
class designed to burn fat and tone the body. Suitable for all levels.
Boxing: Combinations, strength, speed,
fitness and fat burning for all - 30 minutes is all you need. Moderate intensity
Spin: A calorie killing, freestyle cycling
experience. Moderate intensity.
Classes are included in your membership*
*Membership types vary and this will determine the classes you are able to
attend.
(Most sessions are beginner to advanced levels)
Group personal training
Fab 40 Group PT: A 6 week program specifically designed for women over
the age of 40 looking for that bit extra This incurs an additional charge.
Kilates®: A 5 week program specifically designed for those that want to
take their training to a whole new level. This incurs an additional charge.
