Roger
and Tracy’s dream has always been to own
and run their own club and they take pride in
what they have created at The Cove Health Clubs.
They love to have people smile and laugh when
training and this is part of their philosophy
at The Cove. “Exercise
made Fun, gets Done”.
Roger and Tracy enjoy being surrounded by their
family, so much so that they train with their
kids. They love challenges and are always striving
to learn more and implement new and innovative
ideas in the way they run their club.

Lee Davies |
Personal Trainer at the City |
 |
In 2003, I changed my life. I
learned how one life can altered by a regular
fitness regime. I then decided to share my
experience and knowledge with others to help them
reach their goals and aspirations... Being both a
personal trainer and a qualified chef, I find
designing custom eating plans, a major factor in
the fitness/lifestyle change equation, a breeze...
In 2007 I took my training to the next level and
competed in two natural bodybuilding competitions
placing 3rd and 4th in Queensland. More challenges
and more goals to be achieved in future
contests. |
