The Team at The Cove
Roger and Tracy’s dream has always been to own and run their own club and they take pride in what they have created at The Cove Health Clubs. They love to have people smile and laugh when training and this is part of their philosophy at The Cove. “Exercise made Fun, gets Done”. Roger and Tracy enjoy being surrounded by their family, so much so that they train with their kids. They love challenges and are always striving to learn more and implement new and innovative ideas in the way they run their club.

Roger Gott Company Director - The City
A graduate of UWA with a Bachelor of Science and a Dip. Ed, Roger is a Nationally Accredited Personal Trainer and a Registered Fitness Leader. He has lectured for the Australian Institute of Fitness and TAFE. Roger has been in the Health and Fitness industry for over 15 years. He has competed in state body building championships, placing top three in each competition he has entered. Roger specialises in elite athlete training and has worked with Cirque du Soleil and professional sporting groups and corporations around Perth. He is a sought after public speaker who loves to entertain. Contact him at the City club for your next corporate seminar.
Tracy Gott Company Director - East Perth

Tracy is a graduate of Curtin University with a Bachelor of Education and has been the physical education specialist at a local primary school. Tracy is a Certificate IV qualified personal trainer, fitness and aerobics instructor, boxing instructor, mother of three amazing children and designer of Mum's Gott MusclesŪ post-natal program, KilatesŪ and Fab 40+ Women's Only Group Personal Training. Tracy is working on her own fitness "invention" for mums and has taken over the reigns at East Perth.
Emma Blockey Club Manager of the City
Emma loves working one-on-one with you to help achieve your personal goals. Especially when it comes to achieving an overall feeling of body strength and body awareness. Emma holds a Cert III and IV in Fitness, a current Senior First Aid Certificate and is a Les Mills Body Pump Instructor. Emma has a keen interest in water sports, wakeboarding and water-skiing especially. She believes the key to success is finding a balance in all aspects of life and she just happens to be our awesome manager of your City club.
Annie Morris Receptionist at the City
Annie is a bubbly new recruit to our team and is currently studying to gain her cert III in Fitness. Annie has a passion for helping people and when she isn’t at reception chatting and smiling with clients you will find her at her local beach break hanging out with mates.

Tahnee Cowie

Receptionist at the City
Tahnee is passionate about being active and maintaining good health, which is what led her to join the team at The Cove Health Club. She loves her job and enjoys working in an environment that promotes the values and lifestyle she strongly believes in. Tahnee is also a full-time student at Edith Cowan University where she is completing a degree in Nutrition and Sports Science. When she is not working or studying, Tahnee is often found training for Rhythmic Gymnastics, where she has competed for the last thirteen years at a state, national and international level.
Josh Abbott Personal Trainer at the City
Josh Abbott Josh is a friendly, energetic guy who loves to train hard. He is excited for the future and helping people with their fitness goals. Josh has a Certificate III and IV in Fitness and Senior First Aid certificate. His main interests are mixed martial arts, Aussie rules and any other contact sports where people use their strength and fitness skills to compete. Try me for some sporting action.
Lee Davies Personal Trainer at the City
Lee Davies In 2003, I changed my life. I learned how one life can altered by a regular fitness regime. I then decided to share my experience and knowledge with others to help them reach their goals and aspirations... Being both a personal trainer and a qualified chef, I find designing custom eating plans, a major factor in the fitness/lifestyle change equation, a breeze... In 2007 I took my training to the next level and competed in two natural bodybuilding competitions placing 3rd and 4th in Queensland. More challenges and more goals to be achieved in future
contests.
Vicki Krispler Personal Trainer at the City
Vicki Krispler

At the age of 8, Vicki formed her love for dancing, doing everything from tap, ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, right through to pole dancing. Through dancing she developed a passion for health and well-being. She has now gained her Cert III and IV in fitness, Senior First Aid and is a registered Personal Trainer who believes anything is possible. Vicki also enjoys a various range of sports from volleyball to footy so she is ready to push you to the point where you achieve your goals and aspirations. Vicki is currently doing a course in aqua
fitness, which will give her the skills for an intense water workout. So if you are looking for a varied, fun and intense workout that will get your blood pumping, Vicki is the trainer for you.

Gareth Baly Personal Trainer at the City
Gareth I have had a passion for sport and fitness from a young age. After playing football and basketball for over 10 years now, helping others keep fit was something I felt I would be great at. I joined The Cove Health Club to follow my passion and help others improve their health and fitness.
Amber Beale Personal Trainer at East Perth
Amber Beale Amber is finishing off a Bachelor of Science at UWA, she qualified as a personal trainer in 2006. This chirpy member of staff loves to train anyone who is willing to work hard and have a laugh. When not helping her clients break a sweat, she enjoys dance, scuba diving and circus aerials. This little lady may not take life that seriously but fitness is another matter.
Craig Vowles Personal Trainer at East Perth
Craig, our ex-military fitness coach loves teaching boxing and preparing hopefuls for the defence forces. He holds a Certificate III and IV and is also a qualified fast ropes instructor. When not at The Cove he is the rehabilitation and boxing coach for the East Fremantle Sharks. An avid car racing and Adelaide Crows fan, but we don't hold that against him. Craig would love to help you "be all that you can be!"
Kathryn Turnbull Personal Trainer at East Perth

Kathryn has been a member of the Cove East Perth for the past 4 years, working out at least 4-5 times per week. She recently took a chance leaving behind her career in the bank and joined the staff at the Cove to do what she loves most. Kathryn holds a Certificate III in Fitness, is currently studying at TAFE and at the Cove to complete her certificate IV in fitness and holds a Senior First Aid Certificate. She loves to chat so next time you see her, say hello.
